Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Sermo. As a key member of our project management staff, you will be responsible for profiling, scheduling, and onboarding physicians for qualitative interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability
  • Engage online desk-research methods and utilize recruitment tools to identify and engage contacts for research engagement
  • Speak with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double-check their qualifications
  • Engage physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to participate in research when necessary
  • Update client schedules, send calendar invites, and keep interviewees organized with written and phone reminders
  • Onboard interviewees into a platform and communicate with moderators or promote continued engagement

Requirements

  • University graduate with a marketing or management degree
  • Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • An inquisitive mind and ability to problem-solve

Preferred Skills

  • Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies
