Digital Marketing Manager

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that drive business growth and generate demand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns
- Build and manage digital media campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, paid listings, paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute media plans for high-impact projects.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights, takeaways, and recommendations to drive growth for the business.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with our design agency to deliver best-in-class ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and generate demand.
- Work with our product team to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
- Strong Analytical and Quantitative Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, focusing on using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong Communication and Project Management Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and translate data trends into actions.
- Strong project management skills, including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change.
- Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
