Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage digital media campaigns end-to-end across different media platforms, including audience sizing, budget forecasting, and optimizing to meet KPIs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute media plans for high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with our design agency to deliver best-in-class ads and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights, takeaways, and recommendations to drive growth for the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid search, paid listings, paid social, content syndication, and/or programmatic display media channels.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, focusing on using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and translate data trends into actions.
- Strong project management skills including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change.
- Experience leveraging Account-Based Marketing platforms to build paid campaigns designed to reach in-market accounts with relevant messaging and content.
- Proven track record of designing and conducting A/B or multivariable testing and applying learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
