**Job Summary**
The Sr Process Analyst will work closely with the Leader of Process Management within American Standard to manage the health and continuous development of the Stage Gate process for global projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Global Stage Gate Process Expert in managing the Stage Gate process.
- Provide process and system coaching and assistance to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process-related documentation, including templates, procedures, RACI charts, meeting invitation lists, reference materials, etc.
- Participate on process improvement teams and integrate updates back into Stage Gate and new product development processes.
- Support training for the organization, creating videos and presentations for in-person or online training, and maintaining the content.
- Monitor preparedness to support streamlined decision-making and monitor Gates for process effectiveness, noting opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Track process metrics and work with Finance on annual update to Project Thresholds.
- Support development and maintenance of metrics.
- Assist and may manage project plans, timelines, budgets, team members, and resources while monitoring the process from concept through launch.
**Requirements**
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other analytical discipline is preferred.
