About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Import Export Analyst to join our team at Emerson. As an Import Export Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate clearance of goods, and maintaining compliance with customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and export operations with forwarders and customs agents
- Review and verify customs documentation, including invoices, petitions, and statements of value
- Generate guides for shipment of goods and prepare letters of instruction for customs agents
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade agreements, including IMMEX and ALTEX
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics and dispatch issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor of International Trade or International Business
- Advanced English language skills
- 2+ years of experience in customs legislation, trade agreements, and logistics coordination
