About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Admin to join our vibrant legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their legal expertise. You will engage with various teams, contributing to our dynamic culture while developing autonomy in your role.

Your key responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently.
  • Undertake research on legal developments, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
  • Assist with contract management and maintain impeccable legal document archives.
  • Facilitate the organisation of meetings and coordinate with external law firms.
  • Handle communications, including processing invoices and tracking legal expenditures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of our legal procedures.

We require a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You should have the ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet challenging deadlines. A solid foundation in legal services and a continuous improvement mindset are also essential.
