Job Summary:

Cabot Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities at our manufacturing plant in Mexico. This role will be responsible for providing HR services that attract and retain high-quality employees, maximize their contribution to the business, and support the global and regional initiatives of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR activities, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training, to ensure site compliance with fair employment practices.
  • Implement local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees, collaborating with Corporate Compensation to ensure local compensation needs are met.
  • Administer global compensation programs and processes for the site, providing leadership and coaching for the management processes that support Talent Management.
  • Implement and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Performance Management system to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Promote Cabot culture and create an environment of open communication between management and employees, ensuring that policies and processes are fairly and uniformly applied.
  • Provide leadership and advice on all applicable laws and ensure processes are in place for ongoing compliance.
  • Lead training across the site to enhance the skill levels of the workforce, contributing to the organization's overall effectiveness.
  • Assure succession planning process and organizational planning are implemented to assure employee development and full utilization of resources at both the local and regional levels.
