**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering and validating provision of relevant information about customers, evaluating product changes, and driving business on customer or car line level.

**Responsibilities**

- Validate RFQ conditions, customer project portfolio development, and potential customer target costs
- Evaluate commercial factors related to product changes
- Drive business on customer or car line level (margin contribution) and operational reporting
- Approve and steer measures execution for margin improvements
- Negotiate with customers to optimize production costs and manage positive positioning of LEONI at the customer regarding image, marketing, and brand proactively
- Manage on-time cash collection and overdue payments & deductions in cooperation with Customer Billing

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of leadership experience, advanced English skills, and expertise in Data, Gap, Trend, and Cost Benefit Analysis, Business Knowledge, and Project Management.
