Medical Screener

Job Summary
As a Medical Screener - Reception Technician at CSL Plasma, you will be responsible for greeting donors and conducting registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with donors and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability
Assist donors in completing the screening process
Perform health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature
Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma
Maintain accurate records of donor data in the electronic donor information management system
Ensure a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with donors and staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
