**Job Summary**
As a Downstream Planning Leader at Schneider Electric Gruppe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the update, quality, and consistency of key parameters related to supply and stock management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Master Production Planning (MPP) processes in accordance with Standard Production System (SPS) rules and guidelines.
- Design and optimize internal flows, both physical and informational, to ensure efficient stock management and replenishment lead times.
- Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process, collaborating with other functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise the waiting queue management and implement queue management strategies with the Methods Engineer.
- Manage the plant's Value Stream Mapping (current and future state) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Product Lead Time.
- Monitor and improve downstream Supply Chain performance at the plant level, focusing on metrics such as Inventory Status, Backorder Levels, On-Time Delivery, and Customer Lead Time.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement approach for Inventory Management, Supply Chain Efficiency, and Quality Control.
- Act as the key user for the department's information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Planning (MRP), Logistics, and Inventory Management in the Supply Chain industry.
- Proficiency in English and strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- ERP experience in the Semi-conductor industry, preferably SAP, is advantageous.
- Strong data analytical skills and technical/problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Optimization.
