We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target demographics

• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation and campaign execution

• Create engaging and creative content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into overall marketing campaigns

• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization

**Requirements:**
