Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Aitopics. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data, generating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely business insights.
  2. Design and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support diverse business needs, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  3. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, integrating data from various sources into data warehouses, including Snowflake, for comprehensive reporting.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translating them into effective data models, reports, and dashboards that drive decision-making.
  5. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data by implementing best practices in relational database design, optimization, and data validation.
  6. Utilize APIs and scripting languages to automate data processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data manipulation capabilities.
  7. Provide advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  8. Work with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Automate to support and enhance business process automation and data management.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate Business Intelligence solutions, making improvements to meet evolving business needs and ensure the highest level of data quality.
  10. Support and train team members and stakeholders on the use of Business Intelligence tools, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with the ability to handle large datasets and conduct complex data analyses.
  3. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  4. Strong SQL skills, with experience in data querying, manipulation, and management.
  5. Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions tailored to various business requirements.
  6. Solid understanding of relational database design and optimization.
  7. Familiarity with APIs and scripting for efficient data manipulation and transfer.
  8. Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
  9. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
  10. Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  11. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  12. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Experience with advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
