About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technology Associate Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise, you will provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to support customer implementations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  2. Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to customers and team members.
  3. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and grow referenceable customers.
  4. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs.
  5. Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.
  6. Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  7. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
  8. Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  9. Utilize strong time management and prioritization skills to achieve effective results.
  10. Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
Requirements
  1. 1 year related work experience.
  2. Preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.
  3. Able to work as a team player yet independently.
  4. Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
  6. Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
  8. Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
Preferred Skills
  1. Preference for working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux).
  2. Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
  3. Preference for knowledge/experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking.
  4. Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred.
