You are a highly skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests enjoy the best possible dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and execute the production of meals for various buffets, catering to a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 1000 guests per service.
  • Organize and manage the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement budget plans for the kitchen department and administration of orders and stock.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback and suggestions, communicating them to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a weekly plan for food supplies, taking into account stock levels and guest reservations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, identifying training needs and organizing sessions to enhance skills and competence.

**Requirements:**

  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal.
  • Location: One of our resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, or Canada.
  • Diploma or certification in food production or culinary arts is mandatory.
  • Experience in international cooking and management is essential.
