About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our Zillow Experience Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating visionary user interface models, visual assets, and motion prototypes that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital experiences for web, email, and native platforms that exceed user expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Brand Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure brand consistency and excellence
  • Develop interaction models and UI patterns for design systems that drive user engagement and conversion
  • Lead multiple projects independently, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in product, visual, or UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise
  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of typography, color, and digital executions
  • Proficient in Design System thinking, cross-platform scalability, UI/UX standards, and Accessibility
  • Experience designing for high-traffic native apps, web, and email, with a strong understanding of user-centered design solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
