About the Role:

Kurrent is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Database Analyst to join our team. As an Inventory Database Analyst, you will be responsible for operating across vendor reports, creating uniformity in internal reports, and compiling, developing, and analyzing reports. This role requires a team player who can communicate and initiate ideas, issues, and contributions to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze importable Excel data sheets to import into the company's software, including inventory from vendors, modify files, edits, and formula implementation.
  • Update all the data in software for vendors and suppliers, including prices, inventory, etc.
  • Review all data for errors for leadership team review.
  • Rearrange and edit Excel sheets to put them in the proper format.
  • Resolve which formulas will be used to edit data in bulk.
  • Search and enter data manually to maintain company records.
  • Prepare large data reports with elaborate accuracy.
  • Collect data from multiple sources and combine accurately with the use of software and high-level Excel skills.
  • Compile reports and provide data and analysis of reports, including brand, P&L, and costs.
  • Keep coworkers in other departments up to date on product and cost for marketing and sales purposes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Microsoft Office experience (specifically advanced in Excel).
  • 3-5 years of experience working in similar roles.
  • Experience with Acumatica (preferred).
