Job Title: Business Development Manager - Latin America

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer communications, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
