The Opportunity:

We are seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our B2B platform, PepsiConnect. Your primary focus will be on providing visibility, following up with stakeholders, and presenting valuable insights to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the reward program execution consistency in the E2E process, from Pepsi Connect upload to customer rewards and problem-solving.
  • Drive customer satisfaction agenda, ensuring timely and right visibility to customers, managing doubts and complaints.
  • Track trade and customer rewards materials E2E process from Purchase order to placement to supplier payment.
  • Guarantee PepsiConnect app updates connected to trade and rewards strategies.
  • Manage rewards program KPIs tracking and redemption.
  • Manage and communicate Rewards program rules changes.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce, sales development, trade marketing, or communication agencies. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Assertive communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • The ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
