Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Associate to join our team at NTT DATA North America. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
- System Integration: Integrate company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical team, providing administrative and technical support.
- Problem Resolution: Interpret client needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of Windows operating system environment and basic client service skills.
- Asset Management: Responsible for simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Travel Requirements: May require significant travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
