About the Role

At MediaMonks MX, we are seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to enhance our dynamic planning team dedicated to an entertainment client. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the team responsible for crafting essential strategic insights that drive advertising concepts, collaborating closely with the client to analyze market trends and comprehend consumer behavior. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable professional who seizes new opportunities to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Identify target demographics, derive consumer insights, and formulate annual strategic plans.
  • Guide initiatives with relevant strategic insights and leadership.
  • Present executive-level briefings on overarching strategy, communication frameworks, ROI assessments, and additional areas.
  • Generate innovative concepts that can be executed across various channels and sectors to effectively position the brand and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide timely and proactive recommendations regarding agency perspectives on specific market conditions and strategies for brand optimization.
  • Monitor marketing and advertising efforts of key competitors and relevant brands as necessary.
  • Deliver regular external market evaluations of exemplary campaigns, technological advancements, and new developments to ensure the brand remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning within digital sectors.
  • Proficiency in cultural insights, multicultural segmentation, research methodologies, and comprehensive channel planning (360 digital and social media).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
