We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Shared Services team at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, interacting with international and domestic suppliers, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze vendor invoices, including data entry and reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and practices
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Preferred degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican accounting regulations
- 70-90% bilingual in English and Spanish
