Responsibilities
  • Lead large teams to meet project deadlines and specifications, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the removal of impediments affecting team progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Promote agile quality practices to improve deliverables and achieve the Definition of Done (DoD), driving technical excellence throughout the organization.
  • Build high-performing teams by enhancing dynamics and coaching self-management, empowering team members to take ownership of their work.
  • Resolve conflicts and identify growth opportunities within the team, promoting a culture of open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure effective Scrum implementation across the organization by collaborating with other Scrum Masters, aligning processes and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Assist teams in embracing Agile values and principles, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Report on performance metrics and facilitate progress towards goals, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Champion quality and technical excellence within the Scrum team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Create project, risk mitigation, and communication plans, determining resource needs and allocating them effectively.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and organize JIRA for accessibility and reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders have visibility into project status and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5 years of expertise as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of driving agile methodologies and delivering results.
  • Expertise with the Scrum methodology, including knowledge of the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR).
  • Previous expertise with data or analysts (not just developers and testers), with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the SAFe methodology, with experience implementing it in a real-world setting.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with experience using these tools to manage projects and facilitate collaboration.
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of $54,000, plus 15% of food vouchers (valued at $2,600) and a savings fund of 8% with a cap of law.
  • A 20-day Christmas bonus, 40 dollars for remote work, and access to online courses (Coursera).
