Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our health programs and provide medical treatment to employees at our workplace, home, or hospital. The ideal candidate will have a Medical Doctor degree, +5 years of experience, and a strong background in occupational medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Health Program Development: Develop and administer health programs at assigned locations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Medical Treatment: Provide medical treatment to employees, including pre-employment and fitness for duty exams, and re-examine disability cases periodically.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including case histories and health examination reports.
- Sanitation and Safety: Inspect plants/offices and recommend improvements to sanitation and safety conditions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the activities of the dispensary or infirmary and direct the work of medical staff.
- Reporting and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics required by law and/or company, including annual program of activities for the Medical Service.
- Education: Medical Doctor degree.
- Experience: +5 years of experience in occupational medicine.
- Certifications: Medical License (Occupational Medicine certification preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
