Within our World Class Global Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in coordinating order management operations. Reporting to the CSP Customer Fulfillment Manager, your main duties will involve flawless execution of end-to-end delivery of customer products and services with minimum costs to the business.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers face-to-face and internally with order execution, TSS, engineering, quality, and global logistics to ensure all areas are working together in support of the best customer solution. You'll drive OE to achieve production/ship targets in line with SLA and critical customer situations, engaging in daily production meetings and supporting executive management calls/meetings.

You'll also generate monthly production commits schedules and manage them on a week-to-week basis with execution, driving material supply issues to closure and ensuring maximum capacity is utilized daily. Your goal will be to implement new management systems to improve efficiency and benefit Lenovo and customers.

We're looking for someone with good English language proficiency and a degree educated in a relevant discipline or supply/manufacturing operations experience. Advanced Excel skills plus knowledge of SAP ECC, IPS, BSR are essential. You should have experience operating efficiently within a tight schedule, excellent communication skills, and confidence to present to the executive management team. Highly customer-focused with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, you must have a can-do attitude, work well under pressure, and be flexible in approach to work.

A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a real desire to succeed, you'll earn an estimated salary of $60,000 per year.
