About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production process, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
