Job Summary:

The Sales Admin Support Analyst position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of T&E expense reports. This involves collaborating with senior business leaders, managing travel expense charges, and coordinating logistics for stakeholder visits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand and analyze their expenses
  • Manage monthly travel expense charges and prepare timely expense reports for submission
  • Track and follow up on report approvals, resolving any T&E or travel-related issues
  • Develop an organized process for maintaining and storing expense documentation and receipts
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Organize meetings and arrangements for stakeholder visits, ensuring transportation, food, and monitoring needs are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • English fluency and advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record of supporting executives or other senior leaders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to quickly learn and develop in-house software applications
