Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Manage inventory and control critical parts to ensure high availability.
  • Implement LEAN methodology to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR, MTBF, and Down Time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a machinery and equipment maintenance supervisor role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic control plans.
  • Demonstrable competence in root cause failure analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrable conversational and written English language skills.
