We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our Customer Care team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Become the single point of contact for customers to receive unsolved issues and provide feedback
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Classify and categorize incidents, and follow up until resolution
- Use active communication channels to notify customers of resolution
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Ability to adjust to constantly-changing technology, processes, and team structures
- Strong proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Superior problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
