- Process routine and smaller customer orders accurately and timely, resolving discrepancies with the customer prior to order entry.

- Maintain control of the open backlog of orders, service requests, and returns, determining if vendors have shipped, entitled, and billed the order or return.
- Research and resolve vendor invoice variances caused by price, quantity, goods/services receipts, freight, and tax code discrepancies.
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
- Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Entry-level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
