This Critical Role
The Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager will be instrumental in shaping our regulatory compliance strategy, ensuring that our financial services remain compliant and competitive in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive regulatory compliance plans across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee financial license applications, regulatory submissions, and ongoing reporting requirements.
- Foster strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams, promoting compliance and innovative product design.
- Engage with regulatory authorities, advocating for the company's interests in policy discussions and industry forums.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and market conduct rules.
Requirements and Benefits
