About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and assistance to resolve problems/issues on T24 application raised by Temenos customers in the region.
  • Work closely with the Technical Support Team and assist customers with a variety of different questions, concerns, and problems in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Take ownership of each case from beginning to end.
Opportunities
  • Provide guidance and advice to less experienced Product Support consultants in case of complex issues.
  • Have strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.
  • Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Technical knowledge as you will be supporting a bank platform.
