Connectingology, a prominent player in the aviation sector, is in search of a skilled cloud engineer. This organization operates across more than 60 nations, showcasing its global reach.

As a Cloud Support Engineer III, your primary responsibilities will include managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Cloud DevOps environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure and application teams, acting as the point of escalation for all cloud and infrastructure-related challenges.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for cloud-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Python and PowerShell, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Windows, Linux, and containerized environments.
  • Experience in transitioning traditional service architectures to modern cloud-native frameworks.
  • Prior experience in large multinational corporations is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Proficient in Git, PowerShell, Terraform, Jenkins, Python, and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, Containers, and PaaS systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure services including VMs, Load Balancers, Virtual Networks, Firewalls, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Policies, Automation, and IAM.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, Route53, SQS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Lambda.
  • Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.

Language Requirement: Advanced proficiency in English is required, as this is a bilingual position.
