Objetivo:

Desarrollar y mejorar productos de complejidad media-alta desde el punto de vista técnico de empaque.

Actividades principales:
  1. Planificar, desarrollar y calificar nuevos componentes de empaque, así como implementar mejoras en los componentes de empaque existentes.
  2. Desarrollar empaques y proporcionar soporte técnico a áreas operativas en la fase de desarrollo de proyectos.
  3. Vincular áreas internas de la empresa para el desarrollo de nuevos productos a nivel cluster y global.
  4. Liderar workstreams regionales de mejora de procesos.
  5. Comunicar con equipos globales y del cluster para la implementación de nuevos productos en plantas de manufactura y maquilados.
  6. Crear planes de validación para nuevos empaques en conjunto con equipos globales.
  7. Realizar pruebas de estabilidad, pruebas técnicas y análisis requeridos por cambios/introducción de nuevos empaques.
  8. Seguir el cumplimiento de actividades del rol en el tiempo establecido en el timeline de proyectos.
  9. Liderar pruebas de validación en líneas de producción (PPVs).
  10. Apoiar pruebas en línea lideradas por calidad (PLQs).
  11. Identificar causas raíz de problemas en el desarrollo/implementación del proyecto y sugerir soluciones.
  12. Soponer en el análisis de factibilidad para proyectos potenciales de ahorro.
  13. Tratar con proveedores y maquiladores.
Requisitos:
  1. Licenciaturas en Diseño Industrial, Diseño Gráfico o Ingeniero Industrial (titulado).
  2. Maestría afín (opcional).
  3. Idiomas: 90% de inglés (avanzado).
  4. Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar en empresas de consumo masivo, químicas, alimenticias, farmacéuticas.
  5. Conocimiento de diversos materiales de empaque y técnicas de impresión.
  6. Conocimiento en pruebas funcionales para validar los empaques.
  7. Experiencia en proceso general de desarrollo de nuevos productos.
  8. Conocimiento de paquetes generales de cómputo como SAP, PLM, Outlook, Project, Microsoft Office, Autocad, Illustrator.
Ámbito de trabajo:
  1. Planta Toluca, con disponibilidad de visitar proveedores y terceros tanto en México como en otros países.
  2. Residir en Toluca, Edo. de México o alrededores.
  3. Disponibilidad para viajar.
