About the Role:This Senior Software Engineering Sr Analyst will be accountable for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion, serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects and supporting the execution of larger efforts.
You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting coding, application performance, and design challenges, as well as researching root causes of development and performance concerns and resolving defects.
Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of technical requirements for solutions being built, understand engineering needs including those required to build, maintain, and operate the system through all phases of its life, and possess proficiency in information modeling, data structures, and algorithms.
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in a product development/product management environment, strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience delivering with an agile methodology, and experience affecting large culture change.
About You:To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be skilled at working with third-party service providers.
You will work with industry vendors that provide technology or user experience design components that support our Digital architecture and partner with them on implementation plans and roadmaps, identifying partnership opportunities to increase our development velocity and learnings.
This role requires persuading and influencing others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills, communicating progress, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, identifying, assessing, tracking, and mitigating issues/risks at multiple levels, and recognizing discordant views and taking part in constructive dialog to resolve them.
