Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Success Factors (SAP) or similar recruitment software
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
