Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and train a team of hourly associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

  3. Lead by example, embodying Amazon's Leadership Principles and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Additional Job Elements:

  1. Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each.
  2. Regularly perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
  3. Walk frequently in the Fulfillment Center and around the area, with facilities spanning over a quarter mile in length.
  4. Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
  5. Work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.
  6. Access all areas of the building, including ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.
  7. Experience with end-to-end project management.
  8. Bachelor's Degree.
  9. English proficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
