Job Summary

We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR operations, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HR information systems and payroll data.
  • Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with travel planning and coordination for visitors and employees.
  • Prepare and review expense reports and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support communication activities with foreign personnel, including expense reports and attendance records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR continuous improvement projects and tools.

Requirements

  • Professional degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in HR or a related field.
