Job Description

We are seeking an Administration Intern to support our team's strategic planning efforts. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing analysis and insights into Algotive's operations, culture, and policies. Your contributions will facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring seamless exchange of information and alignment on strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team's strategic planning efforts by analyzing and providing insights into Algotive's operations, culture, and policies.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring efficient exchange of information and alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the management of special projects, assisting in their coordination and execution across different divisions.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic business initiatives, gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of the executive team.
  • Collaborate with executives in decision-making processes, program management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the review, design, and execution of improvements to the organization's structure, identifying knowledge and skills gaps and assisting in addressing them.
  • Support efforts to enhance current processes and streamline organizational procedures for increased efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Work Arrangements

Full-time position

$4, $12,422.60 per month

8-hour workday
