About the Role: As an IT Transformation Lead at Capgemini, you will play a critical role in driving digital and sustainable transformations for leading organizations worldwide.

Your Mission:

  • Lead IT projects for public sector clients, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, internal teams, and external suppliers to guarantee effective project execution.
  • Oversee solution selection, ensure alignment with client requirements, and supervise prototype and test phases.
  • Organize, lead, and coordinate project teams, resolving conflicts as needed, and guarantee effective communication and documentation following client standards.
  • Manage the solution's transfer to maintenance post-deployment, define and execute change management action plans, and monitor project performance using KPIs.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements and constraints, suggesting adjustments to objectives based on constraints or environmental changes.
  • Oversee schedules, costs, and performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
  • HERMES certification is required upon submission or within one month of starting.
  • Certifications such as IPMA or PMI, and proficiency in Agile methodology, are advantageous.
  • 8+ years of senior-level IT project management experience in complex environments is required.
  • Proven expertise in managing public sector projects or equivalent domains is necessary.
  • Strong background in IT project management over business relationship management is essential.
  • Agile project management experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural environments, are required.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
