The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for creating a customer-centric culture within the practice, fostering a culture of manager excellence, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and recognizing team strengths to meet capability needs.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for driving margin targets, understanding cost levers, managing staffing, and contracting changes to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management.
