Job Description

As a Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer at Cardinal Health, you will play a crucial role in defining, validating, maintaining, and documenting manufacturing processes to ensure optimal resource utilization, quality, productivity, and waste minimization.

This position requires adaptability to constant changes related to scope or specific tasks, critical thinking, problem-solving, and an excellent service attitude. You will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that meet product and operational performance requirements, documenting all processes according to the ISO and FDA Quality system, and responding promptly to LAYERS while identifying root causes and executing corrective actions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Designing technical and operational training programs
  • Maintaining updated PFMEA records
  • Executing process validations according to MVP guidelines
  • Defining capacity increase needs
  • Providing support for new product projects
  • Keeping cost of products up-to-date
  • Ensuring compliance with necessary security measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental contingencies

You must have +5 years of experience in project management, advanced English skills, certification in 6Sigma or Lean, supervision, and project management experience. Additionally, you should possess tenacious, accountable, enthusiastic, inclusive, trusted, action-oriented, conflict management, adversity management, timely decision-making, presentation, priority-setting, career ambition, delegation, directing others, and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $110,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
