Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our product team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our SaaS platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for different modules and user flows.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to continually improve the user experience.
  • Maintain and update the design system to ensure visual and experience consistency across all Parrot platforms.
  • Participate in design review and receive constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and adapt correctly to multiple devices and resolutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma.
  • Advanced knowledge in user-centered design and iterative design methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing scalable design systems.
  • Interactive prototyping and development of immersive user experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
  • Ability to work with user research and usability testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in user experience design (UX) and user interface design (UI).
