Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Home Capture team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for managing a cross-platform team of software developers, collaborating with leaders in Product, Design, Test, and partnering teams, growing individual contributors through mentorship and hiring, and leading the team through code, architecture, and process changes across iOS and Android codebases.
Responsibilities- Manage a cross-platform team of 8 software developers (iOS, Android, Backend)
- Collaborate with leaders in Product, Design, Test, and partnering teams
- Grow individual contributors through mentorship and hiring
- Lead the team through code, architecture, and process changes across iOS and Android codebases
- Be accountable for delivering timely and high-quality products through the team
- 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor or team lead
- 2+ years in a management or tech leadership role
- Experience with native mobile engineering development or leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degree
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and other key partners
- Experience driving the technical strategy and roadmap
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Proven experience mentoring and growing impactful engineering teams
