Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering

About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Home Capture team, responsible for building elegant native mobile solutions that allow real estate photographers to efficiently capture next-generation media of properties. As a technical leader, you'll champion new possibilities and innovation in mobile computing, coaching and mentoring engineers across a variety of skills and backgrounds. You'll be accountable for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and positioning them to thrive.
Responsibilities- Manage a cross-platform team of 8 software developers (iOS, Android, Backend)
- Collaborate with leaders in Product, Design, Test, and partnering teams
- Grow individual contributors through mentorship and hiring
- Lead the team through code, architecture, and process changes across iOS and Android codebases
- Be accountable for delivering timely and high-quality products through the team
- 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor or team lead
- 2+ years in a management or tech leadership role
- Experience with native mobile engineering development or leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degree
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and other key partners
- Experience driving the technical strategy and roadmap
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Proven experience mentoring and growing impactful engineering teams
