Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
