We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global team as a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist. As an automation specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, managing, and reporting on our global campaign programs. You'll be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrable record of expertise in marketing automation driving results for all types of programs. You'll use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights and recommendations to refine marketing automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing program strategies, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Maintain seamless integration between Marketing Automation and CRM, ensuring adherence to rules and processes for all campaigns.
- Analyze and distribute campaign performance metrics to project owners, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to manage marketing automation efforts and processes, researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Create recommendations to enhance campaigns and templates continuously.
- Design and execute A/B testing to define and implement enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Gain a basic understanding of essential marketing operations initiatives between automation and Salesforce, including managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects, including online and offline marketing tactics, with assistance from a manager.
- Coordinate pre-defined programs, including online & offline marketing tactics, with supervision.
- Collaborate with creative teams to take projects from creative development stage to completion under the supervision of a manager.
- Assist in creating project estimates and schedules with manager approval. Assist in reviewing budgets and deadlines to help keep projects on schedule.
- Assist in coordinating the lead generation, reporting, and database process and report results back to a manager and suppliers with manager approval, on all projects.
- Begins establishing and developing internal and supplier relationships, present pre-defined Arrow program presentations.
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
- Previous project management experience at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service or demand center function.
- Experience in marketing automation and best practices, as well as effectively using traditional marketing tactics and channels for best outcomes.
- Must have previously executed creative and demand creation assets of campaigns in automation software (Eloqua, Marketo, Umbraco).
- Must have knowledge of marketing channels effectiveness & mix.
- Strong project management skills.
