Job Overview
The MC Operations and Technology team in Mexico is seeking a Senior Backoffice Support Analyst to drive the operational model and support daily processes that maintain optimal levels of service with the rest of the switches in the Country.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local clearing houses to complete daily operational processes.
- Solve problems that break down the continuity of operations with switches.
- Escalate and communicate internally with technical and operational areas, issues requiring immediate actions.
- Work with the Business Operations area for event management reporting and tracking.
- Support customer inquiries related to local dispute processing rules.
- Participate with Mastercard areas during client implementations.
- Apply creativity to improve the operation model to state-of-the-art standards.
Requirements
- Have a clear understanding of Mexico domestic transaction processing rules and processes.
- Be able to learn processes and procedures to work on a specific calendar and schedule to complete daily activities.
- Have a clear mission focusing on settling daily operations among clearing houses.
- Have a curiosity about new regulations and their impact on daily job tasks.
- Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external areas and organizations.
