What We Offer:
The Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for candidates. Working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, this position ensures efficient processes from the initial hiring request to delivering a unique candidate interview experience. Additionally, the coordinator will actively source and engage top talent.

Work Environment:
This role supports a Hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Ensure a smooth interview process by managing scheduling, logistics, and providing guidance to candidates.
  • Equip interview teams with the necessary tools to effectively assess candidates and make informed decisions.
  • Lead preparation sessions for interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective questions.
  • Coach stakeholders on best practices for compliance, diversity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify candidates, including databases and industry associations.
  • Participate in diversity-focused hiring initiatives, managing candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Support the management of candidate interactions and recruitment processes using technology.
  • Assist in the execution of organizational hiring projects and strategies.
  • Review resumes and prepare job postings in alignment with recruitment marketing standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative practices.
  • Resolve inquiries and challenges by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of HR processes.
  • Contribute to special projects aimed at optimizing the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields.
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools, with experience in platforms like PeopleSoft or Taleo.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
