">The ideal candidate will have experience in production, container logistics, packaging design and analysis, as well as knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
">You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve packaging efficiency.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement packaging optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new packaging solutions.">
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop reports to present findings to management.">
- Ensure compliance with IATF standards and regulatory requirements.">
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve packaging-related issues.">
Required Skills & Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.">
- Advanced English language skills.">
- 1-3 years of experience in production, container logistics, packaging design, and analysis.">
- SAP and Windchill system proficiency.">
- Knowledge of packaging concepts, processes, and systems.">
- Problem-solving tools and cost analysis skills.">
- Familiarity with IATF standards and regulatory requirements.">
What We Offer
