**Position Overview**

An IS/IT Technology Specialist (Scrum Master) provides knowledge, consultancy, and advisory services within their area of specialism, respecting business requirements. This role actively participates in development and promotes technology that supports business needs within their area of expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Make recommendations on how to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through the use of emerging technology and technical methods and methodologies.
- Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
- Ensure IS/IT requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new products. Consider cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Support the development of standards, documentation, and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
- Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications, and detailed systems specifications.

**Required Profile**

Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one Power BI tool.
- Experience as a successful Scrum Master.
- Experience resolving technical issues, including those involving third parties.
- Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
